PC Phobic's was formed in 2006 by Joseph
Maloney, former President and CEO of Vangard Home Medical in
Warwick, RI. Joe was a part of Vanguard from the very
beginning in 1987 and was largely responsible for growing the
company from 2 employees to 130. His primary focus is customer
service and customer satisfaction. His plans are to make PC
Phobic's a national chain of experienced computer support personnel
specializing on personal PC training programs.
